Return Conditions

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unopened original packaging.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange free pickup.

Exceptions

Opened printing materials (filaments and resin) cannot be returned for health and product safety reasons.
